we have food at home.
ingredients:
- pasta of your choice
- 3 gloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup pasta water
- handful of spinach
- protein of your choice
- parmesan cheese
- pepper
instructions:
- Bring a pot of water to boil and salt generously before throwing in your pasta to cook.
- In a separate pan, cook your protein of choice. In this video I used chicken meatballs from trader joe’s. Remove from pan and set aside.
- With a little oil in a hot pan, toast your garlic for 30 seconds. Then, add in gochujang, heavy cream, and milk.
- Stir the gochujang until combined with the heavy cream and milk to form the sauce.
- By now, pasta should be cooked so add in the pasta along with 1/2 cup of pasta water. Toss to combine and add in your spinach.
- When the spinach wilts, add in some parmesan cheese and mix. You can also mix in your protein if you’d like.
- Crack some fresh pepper and serve!
