Making dishes that intimidate me, one at a time 🌝 and yes this set off my fire alarm but it was worth it 🤣 ~ingredients: * RIbeye or Steak Tips (cut into 1 inch cubes) * Beef marinade: 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 4-6 cloves garlic (minced), 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp corn starch, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tbsp oil * 1/2 white onion (cut into 1 inch chunks) * bell peppers (various colors, 1 inch chunks) * 2 green onion (2 inch pieces) * 1 tomato (sliced) * oil for cooking ~instructions: 1. Mix together the marinade ingredients listed above and marinate the beef for at least 1 hour. (note: beef should be room temp before cooking) 2. When ready to cook, add a little more cornstarch and oil to coat the beef cubes. 3. Heat your wok on high heat with neutral oil (1 tbsp). Once wok is smoking, add in the beef cubes in a single layer. 4. Let the beef sear for a minute, before flipping. Stir-fry until all sides are browned. 5. If the beef is almost medium-rare, add in the veggies and stir fry for another 2 minutes. 6. Turn off the heat when the beef is cooked to your liking. 7. Serve over rice with the sliced tomatoes. Enjoy! . . . . . . #shakingbeef #boluclac #easyrecipe #simpledinner #easydinner #asmr #asmrsounds #asmrcooking #dinnerideas
