simple stir-fry lettuce

~ingredients: 

  • 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 stalks green onion (1 inch pieces)
  • 2 garlic cloves (roughly chopped) 
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce 
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp oil 

~instructions: 

  1. Hand tear your iceberg lettuce, rinse, and drain. 
  2. Heat your wok over high heat with oil. 
  3. Once hot, add in the garlic and green onion, and toast until fragrant. 
  4. Add in the iceberg lettuce and stir-fry for a minute. 
  5. Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt. Cook for another minute before turning off the fire. 
  6. Enjoy as a side dish!
