~ingredients:
- 1/2 head of iceberg lettuce
- 3 stalks green onion (1 inch pieces)
- 2 garlic cloves (roughly chopped)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp oil
~instructions:
- Hand tear your iceberg lettuce, rinse, and drain.
- Heat your wok over high heat with oil.
- Once hot, add in the garlic and green onion, and toast until fragrant.
- Add in the iceberg lettuce and stir-fry for a minute.
- Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a pinch of salt. Cook for another minute before turning off the fire.
- Enjoy as a side dish!
